Hire Charge

The hire charge is for 72 hours or from Friday to Monday. Extra days are charged at 20% per day. A deposit of £50 or 10% is taken upon booking and is refundable after the function, minus the cost of any missing items. The total hire charge is due 2 weeks before the function. Therefore, prior to your function the booking deposit plus the hire charge will have been paid in full. Any late bookings (equipment subject to availability) are due for payment immediately.


Hire rates quoted are for a 72-hour period or weekend hire. For weekend hire, collection by the customer or delivery by our transport may be made on Friday and returned the following Monday.

Extended Hire

For one week the charge is twice the 72 hour rate. For longer periods please ask for a quotation.
