Orders can be placed by telephone, fax, e-mail, post or here on line. An order confirmation or quotation will be e-mailed, faxed or posted to you. If your order is required urgently (within the next 72 hours) you will need to call us to check availability. We cannot guarantee availability until our order detailed confirmation is emailed to you.


Payment can be made by credit/debit card, BACS or cheque, we also accept American Express.

Method of Payment & Deposits

Mastercard, Visa & Switch etc. are acceptable for payment. We require a booking deposit of £50.00 or 10% of the hire, whichever is the greater. This is fully refundable assuming the hire is not cancelled within 30 days of the event.

Full payment is required prior to the event and the deposit continues to be held against losses and breakages until the hire items have been fully checked on return to our premises.


If you are ordering items which are supplied in units of 10 ,12 , 24’s etc ( China, Cutlery, Glasses etc), then you should enter the number of sets that you want. For example, plates come on 10’s so if you want 100 plates you will enter 10 in the box. (10 lots of 10 plates=100).
